2025 Employer of Choice

Awarded to a business or organization that creates a positive workplace environment via excellent human resources practices, diversity and inclusivity practices, and/or mentorship programs and training opportunities.

Deadline for nominations: March 24, 2025. Businesses may be nominated for more than one category. Awards will be presented along with awards from the Rotary Club of Drumheller and Travel Drumheller at the Celebration of Excellence on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Any business may be nominated regardless of Chamber membership, however, only Chamber members will be eligible to be a finalist. Nominees that are not Chamber members will be given the opportunity to join upon receipt of their nomination.
2. Chamber of Commerce Board members remain eligible for nomination however will be excluded from the Selection Committee.
3. Businesses maybe nominated for more than one category however they must have not won in the same category in the past two years.
