Submission Process:

All nominations must be received by the Travel Drumheller Marketing Society no later than March 24, 2025, to be eligible. Nomination forms can be submitted to the Travel Drumheller Marketing Association the following ways:

Selection Process:

• All nominated individuals will be sent a questionnaire to complete.
• All nominations will be reviewed by the Travel Drumheller Tourism Excellence Awards Committee (TDTEA). The TDTEA will use a uniform rating system to determine a score for each nominee, based on the information provided by the nominee in the questionnaire. The nominees with the three top overall scores will constitute the finalists.
• Finalists will be notified by the end of April.
• From these three finalists, a single winner will be determined.
• Winners will be announced at the 2025 Celebration of Excellence on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the Badlands Community Facility. Each finalist will receive 1 free ticket to the event; additional tickets can be purchased.
• The overall winner will be presented with a locally designed trophy.
• The Travel Drumheller Hospitality Ambassador Award will be presented by the Travel Drumheller Marketing Society; additional awards are presented at the Celebration by the Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary Club of Drumheller.

*Board members of the Travel Drumheller Marketing Association will remain eligible for nomination however will be excluded from the Judging Panel.
